Triovest Receives 55 Kingsley Excellence Awards for Tenant Satisfaction
We are excited to share that Triovest has received exceptional recognition for tenant satisfaction across our portfolio. After recently engaging Grace Hill Kingsley to survey Triovest tenants from coast to coast, we are thrilled to announce that 55 properties across the Triovest portfolio have earned the Kingsley Excellence Award.
The Kingsley Excellence Awards are presented to commercial real estate companies that consistently exceed industry standards and deliver an outstanding tenant experience. To qualify for this honour, a property’s tenant satisfaction must surpass the Kingsley Index, an industry-leading benchmark for tenant satisfaction in commercial real estate.
Not only did these 55 properties surpass the benchmark, but we are also proud to announce that, on average, properties managed by Triovest across all asset classes—office, industrial, and retail—exceeded the Kingsley Index in all Canadian regions. This achievement is a testament to the collective efforts of our team, implementing best practices and delivering outstanding results across our national platform.
Tenant feedback was gathered on a wide range of topics, providing us with valuable insights into their needs and expectations. These results reflect the dedication and collaboration across all departments, including property management, operations, capital projects, asset management, leasing, sustainability, HR, and many more.
While we celebrate this significant milestone, we also view it as an important step in our ongoing journey of continuous improvement.
