Our ATB Place Edmonton team was awarded the National Pinnacle Award for Innovation.  This award is given to teams that demonstrate excellence and ingenuity in their management approach, and the ATB Place team was recognized for its installation of two combined heat-and-power (CHP) plants to reduce operational cost, energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and improve building resilience.

Marine Gateway in Vancouver was the inaugural winner of the BOMA Canada Accessibility Challenge.  The property was selected as the winner in the Building category among all Rick Hansen Foundation accessibility certified buildings in Canada.

The team at Mississauga Gateway Centre, 1 Prologis Boulevard, was the winner of the Best-In-Class category of the Net Zero Awards. This achievement recognizes the leadership and significant progress along the path towards net zero energy and/or carbon in buildings.

Congratulations to our teams on these significant achievements!
