Today’s businesses are increasingly aware of the importance of environmentally friendly policies, and Triovest has been a leader in environmental programs for the properties we manage. Our programs include environmentally focused procurement as well as waste-reduction initiatives, energy efficiency programs and building green. Triovest also has its own Earth Initiative program, which uses Internet-based communications to educate tenants and the public about Triovest’s environmental efforts.
