When Triovest develops a strategic plan for each asset in an advisory client’s portfolio, we communicate this plan to all parties with day-to-day responsibility for managing and leasing the properties, and we follow up regularly. Effective leasing programs are essential to the success of the properties we manage and, ultimately, to optimal investment performance. In leasing commercial properties, we take a creative approach to finding and retaining premier tenants. At the same time, we pay close attention to detail, to ensure the ongoing satisfaction of tenants.

Our management services also include site maintenance, building operations, marketing, accounting and finance, as well as tenant services and property improvement programs.
