Triovest’s office, industrial and retail leasing teams pride themselves on the strong relations cultivated with real estate brokers across the country. Maintaining those relationships, and developing loyalty among the brokers, is an ongoing commitment.

We encourage brokers and leasing agents to help us identify potential users for our portfolio. Our leasing personnel aggressively pursue and negotiate new tenancies as well as renewals.

Triovest’s in-house Lease Administration Department ensures that leases are executed in both a timely manner and in the best interests of the owners of our managed buildings. Our team prepares all leases and negotiates these leases with tenants and/or their solicitors. This group will engage external legal counsel, in specific cases when it is required.
