Our development team has a solid history of identifying opportunities for the development of new commercial properties, redevelopment of existing properties and repositioning of properties to allow for project value enhancement. Successful projects include a wide range of properties, such as shopping centres and office buildings.

We are experienced in all phases of project management throughout the development and redevelopment process.

Wherever possible, new construction is built to LEED standards. We are constantly raising our performance bar, which results in improvements in both energy and environmental performance at both the property and the portfolio level.

The Triovest team will oversee all aspects of construction, from initial groundbreaking (for new projects) or the start of redevelopment construction through to the project completion and lease-up.
