Leaders in leasing services

Whether it’s identifying real estate trends such as tenants’ evolving expectations around services and amenities, or larger mega-trends, like the shift in requirements for work environments, Triovest has an edge. Our combination of national scale, local expertise and market contacts keeps us informed and ahead of the curve. It also ensures that we’re always aware when it comes to monitoring rents, occupancy rates and other key market indicators.

Armed with this knowledge, as well as our strong relationships with brokers across Canada, we can develop industry-leading marketing programs. Reimagining Space. Retaining a Valued Tenant.

Appleby Crossing, Burlington, Ontario

Tenants have options – remembering this is essential to keeping them. At Appleby Crossing, a retail property we manage, a key tenant’s lease was coming to an end. We knew, with comparable space available in the area, that relocation was a possibility. After consultation with our client, the owner, we created a new merchandising plan and approached the tenant about renewing their lease, but for a larger format combination store shared with a high-traffic partner. To accommodate this arrangement, we spoke to other tenants about relocating within the property and in one case, a tenant was bought out in order to facilitate rightsizing of the proposed tenant mix. Triovest moved forward with the new plan, and helped to retain a key tenant.
