Triovest recognizes our obligation to help preserve resources for future generations. Ensuring your office and building environment are healthy places to work today is of equal importance.

Using the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Canada’s BOMA BESt Program as a starting point, we have been implementing a new framework of environmental conduct across our entire managed portfolio.

We have implemented a number of key initiatives and standards for environmental procurement, waste reduction and energy efficiency. We are also measuring the environmental performance of our buildings using the BOMA BESt Program and instituting the program’s best practices to deliver enhanced building management processes.

Other critical areas of our “Earth Initiative” include reduction of natural resource usage (including water), reduction of air emissions, elimination or control of hazardous materials and products, and additional improvements to indoor air quality.
